Operator and scope

Iliyn is operated by Sykes Holding Group LLC. This notice describes the public static reader and contact by email.

Optional visit analytics

On the reader, Google Analytics is off unless you choose Accept analytics. Reject is equally available. This privacy page cannot activate Analytics. The privacy page itself is not an analytics route.

After an explicit choice to accept, the integration sends Google a manual page view using the public page address without its query or fragment, a fixed reader title, and an empty referrer. It does not intentionally send search or form text, email addresses, private editorial content or user IDs. Google may also process cookie identifiers, browser and session information, and approximate location. Network requests expose an IP address to Google; this is not anonymous measurement or a count of every visitor.

The integration denies advertising storage, advertising user-data and personalization consent and disables automatic page views. The saved Iliyn settings have Google signals and user-provided data collection off, enhanced measurement off, granular location/device collection off and advertising personalization allowed in zero regions. These controls do not establish that all technical metadata or approximate location is absent. Google may also generate first-visit and session events.

Your analytics choice

Use Withdraw analytics consent on the reader page to stop further analytics dispatch. Withdrawal or a loading failure requires a fresh document before accepting again. Each new page starts with analytics off; the reader does not remember consent. Withdrawal cannot recall a request already sent or in flight, erase previously collected information, or automatically remove existing analytics cookies. Browser cookie controls are separate.

Google Analytics uses first-party cookies to distinguish users and retain session state. The integration uses _ga and _ga_WZSNK0SJK7 cookies. These can remain after withdrawal and reload; use your browser controls to remove them. Cookie expiration is separate from the analytics retention settings below; no fixed cookie lifetime is promised here.

Analytics retention

Iliyn's saved settings retain event data for two months and user data for fourteen months, with reset on new user activity on. These settings do not govern most standard aggregated reporting; new activity can extend identifier retention and expiration is processed monthly. Cookie expiration and withdrawal are separate.

How Google uses information from sites that use its services

Hosting and delivery

The reader uses DigitalOcean App Platform to deliver its pages and files through a global content delivery network. Page delivery requires processing connection and request information, including the IP address needed to return the response. Hosting and security information may also be processed independently of website analytics.

Support and privacy requests

For questions or privacy requests, email iliyn-support@sykesholdinggroup.com. This address is an alias for our support mailbox, provided through Private Email purchased through Namecheap. Iliyn's owner handles support and privacy requests. Email can include your sending address, message and any attachments you choose to send. Please send only what is needed, not passwords or payment details.

We keep support and privacy email only while needed for the request, related follow-up, a dispute or a legal obligation, then delete unnecessary messages and attachments. Deleting a mailbox message may first move it to Trash; sent copies and provider backups can remain. This is not a promise of immediate removal from every copy or backup.
