Harkla recalls sensory swings with four-hole hooks after fall injuries
A ceiling hook can separate from its mounting plate. CPSC says to stop using affected Harkla swings until repaired and request a free repair kit.
What the record says
An October 29 recall covers about 25,541 Harkla sensory swings in the United States, plus about 5,534 sold in Canada. Only swings with four-hole ceiling hooks are included.
The blue compression swings have packaging marked LS-COMP-1BLU or LS-COMP-1BLU-SW. CPSC says the hook can separate from its mounting plate, causing a fall. Harkla reported 29 separations, including 14 injuries.
Affected swings were sold from March 2020 through December 2025. Consumers should stop using them until repaired and contact Harkla for a free kit, including shipping, through its ceiling-hook recall page or 844-442-7552.

Practical next step
Check the hook and packaging against the official recall notice; stop using affected swings until the repair is completed.
Limits and what is not established
This recall concerns the specified four-hole-hook products, not every sensory swing. The remedy is repair, not a promised refund.
